How To Adjust Motor Rotation of Vortex 250 Pro / 285 with rotorSENSE
In this video I am going to show you how to adjust the rotation of your ImmersionRC Vortex quadcopter motors using rotorSENSE technology. Gone are the days of having to swap cables or use jumpers. This applies to current Vortexes' - 250 Pro and 285. Possible future models of the Vortex with include rotorSENSE. Steps: 0) Remove propellers!! - good safety tip... 1) Cycle power the quad to ensure that the flight controller is not armed. No need to have radio or FPV on for this. 2) Spin the motor in the desired direction. If the ESC recognizes the spin, two short beeps will be generated. 3) Spin the motor again in the desired direction. If the ESC recognizes the spin, 5 longer beeps will be generated and the ESC has learned the new direction. 4) Power cycle quad and test the motor orientation when you arm with your radio. 5) Mount your propellers and fly! 6) Profit!! Any questions or comments, please post them below. Thanks for watching!
