Day 14/100 - I Only Used ONE Colour For This Painting

Day 14 of my 100 Tiny Paintings challenge and today I returned to one of my favourite ways to paint… monochrome landscapes. There’s something I absolutely love about working with just one colour. It reminds me so much of drawing with graphite because everything relies on tonal value — using light and dark to create depth, atmosphere and perspective. For today’s tiny painting I used only Hooker’s Green to create a soft misty forest scene, focusing on layering trees from background to foreground using different paint dilutions.
