Pilot narrates the SEAL Team recovery of 9 Aug 2009. PEDRO Flight of 2 Air Force PAVEHAWKS launches from Kandahar, Afghanistan on an urgent CASEVAC mission. A SEAL team has kicked a Taliban hornets nest, and is now holed up in a destroyed compound, near Arghandab. They have several wounded. Three critical. Army DUSTOFF (UH-60) launches but gets waved off the LZ. The LZ is still hot when PEDRO arrives on scene.
