MOTORCYCLE RIDE - NEW MEXICO - Tucumcari to Red River

The best way to start a motorcycle ride is to jump on part of Route 66, traveling out from Tucumcari, New Mexico and riding up towards Red River, NM. Along the way, there's time to stop and get off the motorcycles at Conchas Lake, Las Vegas and travel deep into the Mora Valley. Watch out for the wildlife that abounds! Antelope! Deer! And even the wayward Elk all might want to slip across the road and take out an unsuspecting motorcycle rider. Our destination was Aspen Park Guest Ranch in Red River and it took a bit of coaxing for Chris to navigate her BMW over a rickety bridge and up the steep entrance to this old guest ranch from the 30's that's in the process of being renovated by it's new owners. ✅👇 Check out the Two Wheels Big Life Amazon and gear Page for all of our favorite gear.
