For the sauce: 1 cup olive oil 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup water with vegetable or chicken stock The strained tomato water from earlier on Salt, pepper, pomegranate molasses and (red chili optional) Mix all the above together and pour on top of "waraq 3enab" pot.
