#LOCKS #BRADING #NETHERLANDS In this vlog, you'll see us arriving in Maastricht via the Juliana Canal. We've found a beautiful spot between two bridges on the Meuse River. We walk straight into the city center via the beautiful Servaas Bridge. Maastricht is a wonderful city, bustling with life. My dad and I, along with our two dogs, are having the time of our lives. We're lighting a candle for my late mother in the Church of Our Lady. She always did this herself when someone passed away, and I think it's a beautiful way to remember her. We'll have a bite to eat and a drink at the Vrijthof square. You'll also see us sailing on after our visit to Maastricht towards the Albert Canal, heading to Antwerp. The lock we have to brave has a drop of 12 meters, and I can tell you, that's quite exciting! All hands on deck! You can watch the rest of the video at 10:00 AM on Sunday.
