7 Creative Things I Did in a Week... and the health benefits

I documented 7 creative things I did in a week and summed up my findings at the end! 🎨✨ Creativity really does feed the soul and this week I leaned all the way in. From museum visits and life drawing to spontaneous painting sessions and making cardboard creations with my grandson, I packed my days with art, sewing, design, and creative living. I visited the Victoria and Albert Museum to see the Schiaparelli exhibition, joined a live music painting session (and ended up ditching the camera to paint myself), pushed out of my comfort zone at life drawing, soaked up inspiration at the Fashion & Textile Museum, and spent time illustrating, stitching, and simply making for the joy of it. The result? Less stress, more focus, better energy and a huge reminder that real-life creativity hits differently. Whether it’s viewing art or making it, it genuinely works like medicine for the mind. If you’re into sewing, art, slow stitching, creative routines, or finding inspiration in everyday life, this one’s for you. Let me know in the comments what creative thing you are doing this week?
