These muffins couldn't be easier to make, they'll take you half an hour including baking, and they're full of fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. As they are gluten-free they do not have the texture of muffins that contain wheat, but personally, I really like the texture that is left with the combination of apple and oats. It is similar to the one I prepared a few weeks ago in the apple, pumpkin and banana pancakes.
