Youth Training and Networking to strengthen a restorative economy in Brazil

Youth Training and Networking to strengthen a restorative economy in the largest continuum of Atlantic Forest in Brazil In the coastal region of Guaraqueçaba in southern Brazil, local communities and environmental organisations are working together to protect one of the country’s most valuable natural landscapes. Rich in biodiversity, the Atlantic Forest provides livelihoods, strengthens climate resilience and creates opportunities for sustainable development. Through environmental education, ecotourism initiatives and community-driven activities, the project supports local people in creating sustainable futures while protecting unique ecosystems. This video highlights the collaboration between local partners, German Cooperation, SPVS, Grande Reserva Mata Atlântica, and Global Nature Fund, and their shared commitment to conservation and community empowerment.
