Folia September 21, 2025 – March 1, 2026 Abdülmecid Efendi Mansion Folia, organized under the auspices of Koç Holding, invites visitors to an imaginary “magical garden.” The exhibition encourages rethinking the interactions between plants, animals, and humans by interpreting natural processes through different materials and mediums. Inspired by the Latin word “folia,” meaning both leaf and madness, the exhibition, integrated with the history and architecture of the mansion, offers a layered garden atmosphere where fantasy and reality, earth and sky, and the familiar and the strange meet. Nearly one hundred artists and over three hundred works come together from a wide geographical area stretching from Japan to South Africa; creating a multi-sensory experience that intersects with popular culture, botany, and craftsmanship.
