Mental Health for men is a hot topic right now. The last three years of my life brought me in direct contact with the fragility of my own state of mind. I gave up my career to look after my beloved Mother. She suffered with Dementia and other complications. Giving up my career while a huge disappointment turned out to be the greatest honor of my life. It didn't feel like it at the time. I was broken and distraught with the day to day realities of becoming a Carer / Care Giver. This experience broke me emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. In this video, I talk about my experience candidly and share my heartbreak along with the ray of hope that shined on me when I least expected it. This video is dedicated to all men who are suffering right now and afraid to talk. If you know someone who is suffering, share this video with them, I hope ti will be a ray of hope for them.
