That's why in this video I'll show you the 10 best Quirks in My Hero Academia. So stay with me because that's what I'm going to show you now. 10th - Whirlwind Whirlwind is the Quirk of Inasa, a student of the Shiketsu school. This Quirk allows him to control all the air around him. Thus, he can create whirlwinds, gales, and even tornadoes, controlling the wind's location and its strength and speed. This Quirk is completely versatile; his whirlwinds are strong enough to sweep away anything in their path, be it people, debris, or even buildings, destroying everything his tornadoes pass through.
