FGO - Making CE bombs the QP-efficient way - but also fast!

Over the years I saw many players paying no attention to the QP cost of leveling a 5 star CE to 100. But to when I was looking for guides I could just link and be done with it... they are usually doing it in a less QP-efficient way or use a variant of the QP-efficient way, that is unnecessarily slow. That's why I decided to make a little guide of my own. No offense to any of the FGO guide channels out there, you guys are doing a great job and taught me a lot! :) Just throwing in my 2 cents where I think it could benefit new players.
