Miguel Angel Buonarotti (II). Su etapa romana: de la Pietá al Juicio Final. Hugo Garcia
This video introduces us to Michelangelo Buonarroti, perhaps the greatest artist of all time, during his Roman period, when he created some of the masterpieces in art history, such as the Pietà, the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, and the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel. We explore this topic with Hugo Garcia, who holds a postgraduate degree in Art History from the University of the Basque Country. He teaches this subject at the University of the Basque Country's Lifelong Learning Program on its Álava Campus, as well as at the BIZAN centers of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council and the San Martín Association in the same city. A lifelong lover of art history, his passion led him to create the Vitruvio Arte project, which he launched in 2016. Through his YouTube channel, / vitruvioarte , you can find over one hundred videos on a wide range of art history topics. A year later, he continues with the website https://www.vitruvioarte.com/, where he offers content such as online courses, personalized tutoring, and a blog.
