The Carp Specialist - Netting of Lac de Villedon in December 2011

This video shows the netting of the French Lac de Villedon in December 2011. The netting was supported by students of the Dutch Sportvisacademie Zwolle 'De Groene Welle' and the Clusius College, both renown schools for professional sport fishing education. The netting of Lac de Villedon was successful with a large amount of roach and zander and approx. 100 small carp removed from the lake. With around 300 large carp (10kg+) netted, we have seen about 1/4 of the total carp stock. In the netting, we have weighed about 5 carp over 25kg, with the biggest one topping 27,6kg!
