SBRT for Prostate Cancer for Eclipse User
Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer SBRT is a special type of external radiation therapy that is irradiated with a high radiation dose of 1 to 5 fractions with smaller safety margins than the target conventional irradiation. Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) use in prostate cancer more than doubled from 2010 to 2015, however it still accounted for less than 10% of all patients undergoing radiotherapy, according to a study published in JAMA Network Open.
