MRE Review #19 This is another popular US Cold Weather MRE and regular hiking ration. The Breakfast Skillet is a nutritious mix of Scrambled Eggs, Pork Sausage, Bell Peppers, Hash Browns, and a bit of Onion to top it off. This meal is dense in sugar, carbs, fats, and calories which are all necessary in arctic conditions. Also, for those that are bulking this is not a bad ration to enjoy on the weekend. The components that carry the ration are definitely the two bigger items: the oatmeal and main course. The cookie is also highly regarded but the rest of the ration is alright.
