I Trained With An International Cricketer

Today I spent a training session with international cricketer Ajayveer Hundal to learn what separates elite players from the rest. We dive into the drills, habits, and training methods that have helped Ajayveer progress from junior cricket to representing Canada on the international stage. Along the way, we discuss batting against fast bowling and spin, training with intent, developing consistency, and the mindset required to perform at a high level. During the session, Ajayveer turns the tables and analyses my batting before we settle things with a six-hitting challenge at the end. Whether you're a batter looking to improve your game or simply interested in how international cricketers train, there are plenty of lessons to take away from this session. Let me know in the comments what your biggest batting challenge is right now. 00:00 Introduction 01:33 Warming Up/Ajayveer's Cricket Journey 07:56 Drill #1 - Fundamentals 16:23 Drill #2 - Playing Fast Bowling 24:10 Playing Spin Bowling 34:15 Power Hitting & Competition 39:31 Outro & Shirt Presentation 📧 Coaching Enquiries: https://www.samnostercoaching.com 📱 Follow Me: Instagram: @sam.noster TikTok: @sam.noster 🏏 About Ajayveer Hundal: Ajayveer is an international cricketer who was part of Canada's T20 World Cup squad and recently scored a British Columbia record 244 in a one-day match.
