Локален активизам за животна средина | Arianit Xhaferi | TEDxYouth@Kavadarci

Arianit Xhaferi was born and raised in Tetovo, a medium sized town in the West of North Macedonia. In the region Tetovo, together with a couple other cities, is well known for its massive air pollution. For almost half of the year, the air quality was so poor that people were forced to use masks in order to breathe outside. Arianit decided to take action and to do something against the many factors that contribute to the pollution. Thanks to the success story of "ECO Guerilla", the organization Arianit created, the emissions in Tetovo steadily went down since 2016.
