A Direct Path Experiment: Dissolving Duality Through Vision | Nonduality Practice
In this video, I introduce a new experiment based on the Direct Path approach, inspired by Greg Goode’s work and the broader non-duality tradition. Following the interest from my earlier video on the Headless Way, I share an experiential method for exploring the visual sense and beginning to dissolve the habitual sense of subject-object duality. Rather than seeking a mystical or out-of-body experience, these exercises help shift your conceptual framework — leading to a deeper recognition that awareness is the ground of all experience. Today, using a simple painting of an apple, I guide you through questioning the nature of what you see: Is the apple causing the color? Is vision something separate from color? Is there really a subject and an object here? Or is it all awareness appearing as vision?
