A hearing is underway in the case of a man accused of fatally shooting his wife and three other family members at a Gwinnett County home overnight. Vijay Kumar, 51, allegedly shot and killed his wife, 43-year-old Meemu Dogra, and three other relatives at a home in unincorporated Lawrenceville early in the morning of Friday, Jan. 23. Gwinnett County District Attorney Patsy Austin-Gatson is set to announce whether her office will seek the death penalty for a man accused of killing his wife and three other family members in January.
