Dub Techno Mini Deep Dive: Ever Evolving Chords

In this journal entry, I break down a method for creating "living" Dub Techno chords that evolve with every hit. Instead of relying on static samples or loads of complex automation lanes, I'll show you how I built an Instrument Rack in Ableton Live that uses velocity and bit of random modulation to generate movement. The goal was to create a main chord that felt almost like a living, slightly different every time it triggers. This approach combines stock tools like Analog, Sampler, Vocoder and Convolution Reverb Pro into a somewhat complex, semi self-generating system. Big shoutout to ‪@fullcircleaudio‬ for making me aware of the velocit-to-sample-offset setting in Sampler.
