During this journey, he met 80-year-old Gorji Kalu Gavit, a respected elder whose life is deeply rooted in forest wisdom and traditional food practices. Gavit shared a closely guarded recipe of deshi chicken, cooked with an age-old technique passed down through generations. According to him, this powerful dish is not just about taste—it builds strength, stamina, and vitality, giving “horsepower” to both men and women. The story is a celebration of Adivasi knowledge, where food is medicine, culture, and strength woven together.
