Ingredients: 100 g coffee beans ½ vanilla pod a piece of cinnamon bark (approx. 3 cm) 8 cloves 350 g sugar 500 ml water 500 ml 95% alcohol How to make the coffee tincture: • Finely chop the vanilla bean • Crush the coffee beans and cinnamon bark in a mortar • Put everything in a jar, add the cloves, and pour the alcohol over it. Let it macerate in a warm place for 2 weeks, stirring daily • After this time, dissolve the sugar in warm water and bring it to a boil. Once boiled, let it cool • Add the coffee mixture to the cold syrup and let it steep for another 2 weeks • After this time, strain the tincture through a strainer lined with cheesecloth and bottle it • The tincture can be enjoyed immediately after making, but It takes about 2 months to develop its mature flavor. #tincture #liqueur
