"FURIOSA: A Mad Max Saga". Transforming a Kenworth T909 into the WAR RIG - Construction Time Lapse

The WAR RIG is the Immortan's treasured Road Train, operated by the esteemed Driver Praetorian Jack. We built 3 identical Prime Movers: 2 brand-spanking new Kenworth C509 Automatics* and a 2nd-hand Kenworth T909. The Automatics were built to our customised length and axle spacings. The manual T909, however, required lengthening to match our design and accommodate the 5' diameter Goodride tyres. Watch the creation take shape, starting with the Kenworth T909 prime mover. Ultimately saved from the scrap heap, this Vehicle lives forever in film, to continue being enjoyed, now by millions of viewers around the world.
