Some call it Damansara West, some call it Subang 2, technically it's just within Shah Alam. Currently, we can already witness several new blocks of apartments being constructed within proximity. Personally I was surprised with lots of architectural treatments within the project. The central elevated carpark structure was brilliantly used where it served as part of the entrance statement. There was a fish pond and a steel structure connected to the facilities deck. It's then connected to the individual residential blocks from there. The lift lobby form is also interesting as it's not linear. However, the portrait format of unit layout is not to my liking. Although it's extremely spacious, the daylighting quality is seriously lacking especially during rainy days demonstrated during the shooting day. In terms of value of money, I think it's awesome only if this location makes sense to you.
