Zwift 1st Place in the D Category on 4 Hours of Training
Zwift racing is how I kept my mental health during the pandemic because it was frankly just something to do that felt different than hanging around the house all day. When I started racing I was near the back of the D category and all year I tried to work my way into the position of being able to win. I didn't really train that much, normally about 4 hours per week. I'm guessing the next faster category of races probably requires about twice as much training. But still, it feels great to get a little faster each week. So this video is for all my friends who I've been telling about Zwift and then also for any other beginner Zwift racers who are trying to learn how to race. This is what it is like for me, a beginner.
