Failed Bone Grafts - Full Upper with Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants

Another case where extensive grafting did not work out. Unfortunately, there were other problems that were ignored and this patient went on for 3 to 5 years, not having teeth. In a matter of 24 hours, she had a great smile and finished up a few months later with the final teeth. It’s really worth listening to the story as I know so many of you have had the same issue.
