Today we present you a dessert that we hope will inspire you to get into the kitchen too. 🥰 If you try it, we would be very happy to see your results! ❤️ 💚 Pistachio, strawberry and Chantilly cream cake 🛒 Cake ingredients: 🧈 220 g Elle & Vire butter 🌿 85 g oligofructose or coconut sugar 🥚 75 g egg yolk 🥚 86 g whole egg 🥛 65 g yogurt 💚 150 g pistachio powder 🌾 ​​150 g flour 550 ✨ 2.5 g baking powder 🍊 6 g orange liqueur 👩‍🍳 Preparation: In the bowl of a mixer, add the yolks, whole egg and oligofructose or coconut sugar and mix until the composition becomes foamy. Add the yogurt and continue mixing until smooth. Finally, fold in the dry ingredients using a silicone spatula until the mixture is smooth. Bake at 165°C for approximately 35 minutes. ⏲️ Ingredients for the strawberry insert: 🍓 250 g strawberry puree without added sugar 🍓 75 g fresh strawberries ✨ 8.5 g NH Sosa pectin 🌿 7.5 g Sosa oligofructose 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Heat the strawberry puree. Separately, mix the oligofructose with the NH pectin, then gradually add it to the puree, stirring continuously with a whisk. When the mixture reaches approximately 80°C 🌡️ and begins to thicken, add the fresh strawberries, remove from the heat and leave to cool. After cooling, use the insert as a filling for the pistachio cake. 💚 🤍 For the decoration, I used Elle & Vire's Sublime cream, which contains whipped cream and mascarpone and gives the dessert a smooth and delicate finish. ✨ Enjoy! 😍 Until a new season... all the best, all the sweet! 🍰🤍
