Viaje interior hacia la conciencia - Despertar tras una ECM
You can watch the full interview on the Wake Up Platform: https://www.wakeupplatform.com/ Wake Up Talks are gatherings for self-discovery. On this occasion, Juan Antonio Martín, accompanied by Alejandro Guerra Vázquez, founder of Wake Up, spoke to us about his personal experience, his inner journey toward consciousness. Juan Antonio Martín had two awakening moments in his life: first, a near-death experience (NDE) when he was just over 20 years old, and a second spiritual awakening later in life after experiencing profound suffering. These transformative experiences—this near-death experience, this awakening of consciousness—changed his perspective on the world. Taking an inner journey toward consciousness can be a transformative and meaningful experience. It can involve a deep exploration of our own mind and inner being, with the goal of developing a greater understanding of ourselves and the reality that surrounds us. The awakening of consciousness is a process of personal and spiritual transformation that can lead to a greater awareness of ourselves and the world around us. This process can involve a wide range of experiences, such as shifts in perspective and understanding, the development of greater empathy and compassion, and the search for meaning and purpose in life. The causes that can trigger an awakening of consciousness are diverse and vary from person to person. Some people experience an awakening of consciousness after a personal crisis or trauma, while others may experience a gradual shift in their perception of the world over time. Other possible causes of an awakening of consciousness can include meditation experiences, reading self-help and spiritual books, connecting with nature, practicing gratitude, and reflecting on one's life and interpersonal relationships. In addition, many people report that an awakening of consciousness can be related to a feeling of connection with something larger than themselves, whether it be a spiritual community or a deeper connection with the universe. In this interview with Juan Antonio, we also discuss death. Modern Western society tends to avoid talking about death and mortality, and it is often seen as a taboo or uncomfortable topic. This may be partly due to the growing culture of youth and beauty, as well as the belief that death is something to be avoided or delayed by any means possible. However, avoiding talking about death can have negative consequences, such as denying the reality of human mortality, which can make it harder to prepare for the end of life, both for individuals and their loved ones. It can also limit our ability to cope with and process the pain and suffering that often accompany death. It is important to keep in mind that talking openly about death does not mean glorifying or promoting it, but rather acknowledging it as a natural part of the cycle of life and death. By doing so, we can find greater understanding and acceptance of mortality and, ultimately, live our lives more fully and consciously. Human beings are not capable of assimilating death, especially in some particularly painful cases such as the death of a young child. Jan Antonio tells us about a friend of his who is unable to cope with the loss of his young daughter. The death of a young child is a profoundly painful and shocking experience for most people, and it's understandable that it can be difficult to find meaning in it. This is largely because the death of a child seems to challenge the common notion that life should follow a natural order and that parents should outlive their children. Furthermore, the death of a child raises many unanswered questions, such as "Why did this happen?" and "How can such a young and innocent being be the victim of such a tragedy?" It's important to remember that the pain and suffering felt in response to the death of a child are normal and natural emotions, and that it's not always necessary to find meaning or explanation in them. Instead, it's important to allow yourself to feel and process these emotions and seek support and comfort from friends, family, or mental health professionals if needed. Don't believe anything you just read; experience it for yourself. Wake up! Wake up! If you like the video, leave us a comment.
