Cord to Cordless Sander Conversion From AC 100V to DC18V | RYOBI S-550

I found this electric sander from Japan recycles shop for only 15$. It is a 100v power tool. I want to convert it into an 18v cordless sander that has the same power as the original. I successfully did it and recorded it in this video. The difficult point in this project is armature rewinding and position the permanent magnet.
