Flathead Heaven! Catch, Clean and Cook at South West Rocks!

I have to say this was a memorable session of mine! It always feels good to be out fishing but it is even better when it is on my own boat! As some of you might know I don't really like the taste of fish, I am more of a chicken man myself. However, my partner has always wanted to try this classic Australian fish which is known as Flathead!
