In 1979, the name changed to Imperial Palace, an Asian-themed resort. In October 2014, it was finally renamed The LINQ. Today, The LINQ has 2,250 hotel rooms. The LINQ Promenade opened in 2013 just south of the resort between The LINQ and Flamingo Las Vegas. The promenade consist of restaurants, bars, and stores. The main attraction of The LINQ Promenade is the High Roller, a 550 foot (168 m) observation wheel that opened in 2014. The LINQ is home to the Mat Franco magic show and Disco Show that opened in July 2024. It features attraction like the High Roller observation wheel, Fly LINQ Zipline, and Brooklyn Bowl.
