🇬🇧 Recipe 🇵🇹/🇧🇷 Receita . 🇬🇧 Recipe: Cream Palmier👇 P:6% F:53% C:40% Cal:366/100g Servings: 2 medium Palmiers 250g Puff pastry (square) Pastry cream (check Mille-Feuille’s recipe/publication – quantity needed: ½ recipe*) 100g melted dark chocolate mixed with 1tbsp oil +/-30g caster sugar +/-30g water ♨️ Bake them at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes or until golden brown and dry. After the dough has cooled, spread the pastry cream over 2 of the palmiers and ‘marry’ each half with another half / another palmier without cream. Cover half the surface of each palmier (front and back) with chocolate and let it dry. ________________________________________________ 🇵🇹/🇧🇷 Receita: Palmier Recheado ou Meio-meio Porções: 2 Palmieres médios 250g massa folhada (quadrado) Creme pasteleiro (receita disponível na publicação do Mil-folhas - quantidade necessária: ½ receita**) 100g chocolate derretido misturado c/ 1cs óleo +/- 30g açúcar +/- 30g água ♨️ Asse a 200 °C por apróx. 30mins ou até dourarem e estarem secos. Depois de a massa ter arrefecido, espalhe o creme de pasteleiro sobre 2 dos Palmiers e case cada metade c/ outra metade/outro palmier s/ creme.
