Cantonese is actually my first language, which totally throws people off sometimes. It's a language I can speak to express myself to the fullest, and no matter what language I'm using, counting numbers is always in Cantonese, whether I'm saying them out loud or just in my head haha Living with a mix of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin every day, I naturally leaned into "Chinglish." Sometimes I'm cool with it, but other times, I'm like, "Hmm, maybe I should just stick to one language at a time." But in the end, it's all part of what makes me who I am. Anyway, in this vlog, I went to see one of my favourite Hong Kong actor, and despite being squished in the crowd, the excitement was real.
