Roy Suryo stated that some of the witnesses presented were aware of the events surrounding his arrest and were also present at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Headquarters. According to Roy, one witness witnessed the police forcing open the gate and then bursting into the house, including the bedroom. Roy Suryo's attorney also presented several videos of Roy's arrest. This is the first video, which shows investigators entering Roy and his wife's private room, the argument with the family, and Roy's being taken to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police detention center. The video shows Roy Suryo's wife refusing to sign the arrest warrant for Roy, which was being carried by officers. Roy was then taken by a group of officers to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Headquarters. The East Jakarta District Court has permitted live broadcasts of several stages of the trial in the Joko Widodo diploma case. However, live broadcasts are only valid for certain stages, such as the reading of the indictment, exceptions, interlocutory decisions, reading of the charges, pleas, and the final verdict. Meanwhile, when the trial enters the evidentiary stage or witness examination, live broadcasts are not permitted. Tifauziah Tyasuma, also known as Doctor Tifa, will be the defendant.
