We have now started our application for the US Green Card - this will transition us from an L-1A Visa to a EB-1-C Green Card. I think so far we have put in over 30 hours of preparation! After moving (relocating) from the UK to the USA (Las Vegas) just 4 months ago we have decided it is time to ensure we can travel to and from the US more freely and easily.
