Jay Bellerose is one of my favorite drummers and has one of the most unique voices on the instrument today. It's no wonder he's been T Bone Burnett's go-to drummer for nearly 20 years, and his list of credits is a mile long. In this video, he discusses a couple of his grooves from the iconic Robert Plant & Alison Krauss album "Raising Sand," including "Gone, Gone, Gone" which won a GRAMMY for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals at the 50th Grammy Awards.
