Milwaukee County Stadium Tour | Behind the Scenes | Sept. 16, 2000

Enjoy this home movie of a personal tour my family and I took on September 16th, 2000. This was two weeks before County Stadium was torn down. You can see the outside of Miller Park under construction throughout the video. I was privileged to be a part of the grounds crew at both County Stadium and Miller Park for a few years. Knowing the history behind County Stadium, my family and I took a chance to see if we could get in on an "off day" and film the ballpark. It worked! What you will experience are places you probably never saw but maybe wanted to see....like inside Bernie Brewer's chalet and beer barrel, and taking a ride down his slide.
