A visit to the Connections museum in Seattle
After our Alaska cruise we stopped at the Connections museum in Seattle. After I got out of the Navy the Bell system in Minnesota hired me to help put in their long distance accounting system. This started a 36 year career in the telephone business. After working for Bell (11 years) and advancing to engineer I went to work for a small, family owned telephone company near Las Vegas where I was in charge of 5 central offices and a micro-wave site. I found the Connections museum on youtube and after watching several episodes I found it necessary to visit their museum while I was in the neighborhood.
