Hoi An is one of Vietnam's most popular destinations. The Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site so many travelers tend to stay near the town. But if you're looking for nature and local immersion, then staying outside of the Old Town is recommended. In this video, I'm going to share the best areas to stay outside of Hoi An's Old Town. It's ideal if you want to avoid the crowds, looking for R&R, traveling with kids, or want to be near the beach. I'll show you the different areas with different hotel options and popular activities around there. For the countryside, there's Cam Chau, Cam Thanh, and Tra Que.
