This adults only resort provides a stylish and tranquil setting, as well as outstanding amenities and services, to ensure that guests have a soothing and memorable stay. Guests can enjoy exquisite food at the resort's restaurants, premium drinks at the bars, and participate in a variety of activities and entertainment. The resort has several swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, and access to the lovely sandy Playacar beach. With beautiful accommodations, superb service, and a focus on adult guests, the Royal Hideaway Playacar is an excellent choice for people looking for a refined and luxurious vacation experience in the breathtaking Riviera Maya region. IN CONCLUSION, we had a great experience at the Royal Hideaway Playacar Resort. This All Inclusive resort, one of the most popular beachfront resorts in Playa Del Carmen, left us amazed with its breathtaking location and beautiful beach, as well as the friendly personnel and peaceful ambiance. The resort is nestled in lush tropical gardens beside a magnificent white-sand beach. The turquoise waves of the Caribbean Sea are just a few feet away, providing stunning views and the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment. The resort's staff was professional, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived at the palace-style reception and checked in until we checked out. The food was great in a la carte restaurants with a wide variety of options. We preferred the Asian and Italian restaurants for dinner, although all of them were wonderful and well-designed. The disadvantage of this resort is a small buffet with tasty food but limited options, and it is only open for breakfast and lunch, which is inconvenient if you need to eat quickly for dinner without dressing up for restaurants. We met several guests who were also disappointed about the buffet. In our opinion, this resort is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxed vacation in a beautiful paradise. RESORT RATINGS: Value to Money – 4.5/5 Stars Location - 5/5 Stars (Amazing location on the Playacar beach.) Beach – 5/5 Stars (White sand beach with amazing blue waters.) Reception - 5/5 Stars (Professional, swift, and without any delays during check-in and check-out. Service – 5/5 Stars (Throughout our stay, the staff was really professional and helpful.) Buffet – 3.5/5 Stars (Good service and tasty food, but small and limited food options. Only open for breakfast and lunch; no dinner buffet. Restaurants – 4.5/5 Stars (Very good restaurants that offer a variety of dining options. The Italian and Asian restaurants were our favorites. Book your restaurants as soon as you arrive at the guest service desk in your building. If you can't find the personnel in your building, they may be in the building next door.) Rooms – 4.5/5 Stars (The suites were a little old as per resort style, but they were clean and well-designed, with a daily fridge refilled with water, juice, soft drinks, beer and nuts.) Sleep Quality – 5/5 Stars (The king-sized mattress in the suite was comfortable and large.) Cleanliness – 5/5 Stars (The employees constantly cleaned and organized the surrounding areas and facilities.) Internet – 5/5 Stars (Internet worked perfectly everywhere.)
