#NurseTalks: Reflective Writing - Gibbs' Reflective Cycle
Health care practitioners such as nurses are considered to be reflective practitioners. They learn through reflections (informal or formal) in order to improve or prevent errors or untoward / near miss incidences from happening again. In this video, I will show you how to write a reflective account using Gibbs' Reflective Cycle. *some corrections I would like to point out in the video: Gibbs should be written as " Gibbs' " rather than "Gibb's" (as this reflective cycle was developed by a sociologist and psychologist named Graham Gibbs)
