The Kizaru Agenda

The Kizaru Agenda ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ My Twitter~   / tylearn_   ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an Admiral in the Marines. After Kuzan resigned from the Marines and Sakazuki was promoted to Fleet Admiral, Kizaru is now the only remaining Admiral from the previous trio. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the Straw Hats' initial encounter with Aokiji. Due to his actions and role, Kizaru is a secondary antagonist of the Sabaody Archipelago Arc and Marineford Arc, and a major antagonist of the Egghead Arc. Borsalino also known as Kizaru has been getting alot of controversy recently due to the one piece anime changing things within the fight between Luffy and Kizaru. And so today I wanted to not only analyze the laid back admiral, but also break down his fight with Luffy, if he was mentally nerfed, and if he's secretly the strongest admiral who can solo the yonko. Kizaru when he was first introduced was shown to be quite the trouble for our main heroes, having the broken ability of a logia devil fruit user, which allows him to be pretty much Invincible unless you use haki. And by this point in the story, haki wasn’t really relevant at all, so he was just a walking monster. And unlike the previous logia’s our heroes have faced, this guy actually doesn’t waste his time in defeating his targets, eliminating the majority of the supernovas. Of course he’d be stopped by Rayleigh, where they’d seemingly go toe to toe, however it’s clear Rayleigh was losing stamina pretty fast during the encounter, and Kizaru is clearly not trying his absolute hardest to kill Rayleigh. Reason I say this is because we then see him in Marineford shooting nukes of laser beams, along with blitzing the likes of Whitebeard and then just off guarding him with beams to the chest. Had Kizaru thrown this move at Rayleigh he would’ve met up with Roger in the afterlife. Kizaru as well during Marineford despite performing better than when he fought Rayleigh, is still holding back due to not wanting Marineford to get destroyed. And this is the same Kizaru who’s also stated to be the fastest admiral. This is interesting considering Akainu can tag an enraged Whitebeard, along with being able to use Haki to evade Marco. Which goes to show you how much he was really holding back, considering he could’ve just warped around Marco. The same guy who minds you is capable of handling King and Queen for a significant period of time, and even block a hit from Big Mom and Kaido. Kizaru is a goddamn monster even before Egghead, and obviously during the next arc he’d go on to show his best showcase of feats yet. However, before we move on I think I need to mention a few things going into the arc. It’s clear Borsalino has a bond with his nephew or Sentomaru, who overall inspired him to do the right thing. It really goes to show you just how fast this man really is. In terms of actual speed he probably has the most impressive showings, as you’ll see here in a bit. And with Luffy defending him along with saying what Borsalino is doing is wrong, he then acts with a change of a heart, he’d go on to perception blitz the entire field, Luffy included, and get him food so that Luffy could regain gear 5. Kizaru never not being at full power kinda makes him a double edged sword. But to say he’s mid diffing Luffy and beating Kaido because he gave Luffy a Wendy’s 4 for 4, I feel that’s just a bit of a reach. He’s consistently beating up high tier commanders while nerfed and he even managed to stalemate a yonko while going through it. And we are all mentally distressed in this scene with Sakazuki, where we truly see how broken this mission made Borsalino. While Sakazuki wanted his justice to be feared, and Aokiji wanted his justice to be justified, Kizaru is someone who’s kinda in the middle. He dances on the line of good morals and does just what is needed to get the job done, because there’s no more that needs to be done. But when a man with this sense of justice is put into a scenario where he has to betray his loved ones to do what’s right? Regardless of the outcome, he was going to lose. This aspect of the admirals really adds an entirely new perspective on the role , and what it really means to carry out your duties. And even when you don’t have a stand out moral compass, rather a more realistic and grounded one. You still need to make the hard choices while also not having anything holding you back. Unfortunately for Kizaru, he can not do one or the other, which has been evidently shown in every relevant encounter he faces…. And he lucky my goat Ben didn’t shoot that conquerors cap into his face. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #onepiece #kizaru #anime
