Edited Highlights of Playboy Interview. Interview excerpts © 1967 Kenneth Tynan, courtesy of Tynan Literary, LLC. Interview reproduced here courtesy of Matthew Tynan. Kenneth Tynan (1927-1980) the acclaimed theatre critic, author and interviewer, interview's the inimitable Orson Welles in 1967. Kenneth Tynan delves into the mind of one of Hollywood's colourful characters of radio, theatre, film and covers such subjects as, family, god, women and yes, Hollywood itself. This is an vocalised version of the interview using voice actors and the voices you hear are not that of the subjects mentioned. I have included music from Orson's Welles' films with others to illustrate the interview with some dramatic license along the way, I have also included some video as well. This interview is one of many interviews Orson Welles gave over his life and is merely a snapshot of his output in terms of radio, theatre and film. Please leave comments if you wish. There is an extended version of this video with some extra music and video but the interview is the same, I have put the link below.
