Dana 20 Transfer Case Disassembly - 1966-1977 Ford Bronco!

In this video, I completely disassemble the T-shift Dana 20 transfer case in my 1969 Ford Bronco - Project Buckshot. This is a step-by-step video that includes a list of the tools needed for the job. The Dana 20 is a very popular transfer case that came in a number of different vehicles, including the 1966-1977 Bronco, the Jeep CJ-5 and CJ-7, Jeep Wagoneer, International Harvester Scouts, and even some GM trucks in the 1970's. The transfer cases will have some slight differences depending on the make and model vehicle they were installed in, but the basic disassembly process is the same.
