Young Canavese Winemakers: the story of a handful of young people searching for their terroir. In a historic wine-growing region conquered by industry, a group of young producers dreams of restoring the ancient vineyards of the Ivrea valleys to their original splendor. Will they be able to prove it? With a degree in Viticulture and Oenology, he became production manager at the Tenuta Roletto winery and oenologist at the Cantina della Serra. In 2014, he opened the Sorpasso winery. Bringing together fellow winemakers and friends, he founded the first association of Young Wine Producers in the Canavese area.
