Part # AIG395 (Remanufactured a/c compressor) / AIH395 (New a/c compressor) Fitment: Fits Subaru BRZ 2.0L 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 Fits Toyota 86 2.0L 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 Fits Toyota FR-S 2.0L 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Removal and Installation Instructions: Step #1 Remove refrigerant by removing both caps Step #2 Use Allen wrench number 4 to remove the top off the air intake Step #3 Remove the plug from the sensor Step #4 Use a long nose plier to open the clip Step #5 Use a 10mm to unscrew the screws to remove the air filter base Step #6 Use an 8mm to remove both clamps Step #7 Use a plier to remove the air tube Step #8 Remove air intake Step #9 Remove the cover for the belt Step #10 Unplug the compressor from the car Step #11 Use a 14mm to remove the belt Step #12 Use a 14mm to remove 2 screws from the compressor Step #13 Remove hose from the compressor Step #14 Use a 14mm to remove the screw from the compressor Step #15 Use a 14mm to tighten the compressor at the bottom of the base Step #16 Use a 14mm to continue tightening the screws Step #17 Plug in the compressor connector into the car Step # 18 Make sure you change the O-Rings on the hoses Step #19 Connect the hoses to the compressor Step #20 Use a 10mm to tighten the hose to the compressor Step #21 Place air intake in the car Step #22 Plug in the sensor Step #23 Use a 10mm to tighten the air intake base Step #24 Use a 4mm to tighten the screws on the intake box About Us - Since 1989, R & Y A/C Compressors has been providing quality automotive air conditioning parts and services.
