DIY Fleece Rat Cage Mats

in this video I will walk you through how I make the fleece mats for my critter nation cage. There's commentary, and step by step instructions through this so it's a bit long at a little over 20 minutes. But hopefully it helps some people! My rats can't currently be on bedding as it causes major Upper respiratory flares. Fleece, while it looks nice, is HIGH maintenance and Must be changed every few days to prevent ammonia buildup. This is critical even for litter trained rats as all rats mark with urine. As a stay at home mom, who home schools, I can keep up with this, but I do not recommend it for those who can't.
