The time for seeding has finally arrived. I am seeding with Twin City Seed Co. "Blue Resilience" which is an elite Tall Fescue blend along with Kentucky Blue Grass. I am seeding at the recommended bag rate of approximately 10 lbs per thousand sq. ft. I purchased 75 lbs and plan to use around 50lbs for the initial seeding. The spreader I'm using is the Spyker 80 lb model which did an excellent job of evenly distributing the seed throughout the renovation area.
